Prospective Tenants
Thank you for your interest in The Historic Trust residential properties!
Open House
Our available units are first showcased at an Open House. Applications are accepted from the time the Open House is announced through 5:00 p.m. on the day of the Open House. A completed application includes the application fee (cash, check, or money order) and a valid photo ID. We also accept applications submitted in person at either of our offices: 400 E Evergreen Blvd, Suite 105, or 750 Anderson St.
Unable to attend the Open House?
We are happy to accommodate applicants who cannot attend the Open House. Please email your application and a valid photo ID to Leasing@TheHistoricTrust.org. IDs will be verified during a scheduled video call, and an electronic payment link will be emailed to you. All steps must be completed prior to 5:00 p.m. on the date of the Open House for your application to be considered.
Application Selection
If multiple applications are submitted, we will use an online random number generator to select an applicant for screening. Additional numbers will be selected as needed until a qualified applicant submits the required security deposit. Application fees will be returned for any applications not selected.
Please continue to check our listings and sign up for our Residential Interest List to receive notifications about upcoming Open Houses.
Private showings will be scheduled only if a property remains available after the Open House.
We look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood.
