Lawn space wraps around the entire home, offering flexibility and charm in every direction. The venue’s wraparound porch adds even more space and serves as a covered retreat—perfect for the Pacific Northwest’s unpredictable weather.

Inside, the Conference Room can be transformed into a convenient and stylish complement to your outdoor event. It’s perfect as a staging area for catering, a setup space for your bar, a gift drop-off zone, or a quiet lounge for guests who need a break from the festivities. The room opens directly onto the courtyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

The Conference Room is also available to rent on its own, comfortably seating up to 25 guests for meetings. It features a built-in 75″ TV—ideal for presentations, workshops, or hybrid gatherings.
