If you currently live in one of our historic properties, congratulations! Your home is in a very special historic setting, and the Trust promises to do all it can to make you glad to live here. Pay Your Rent
Option 1: Submit a check or money order to our office at OO Howard House, 750 Anderson Street, Vancouver, WA 98661
Option 2: Set up a payment option within the tenant portal, Rent Café. Available payment methods though the portal include ACH, debit card, and credit card. All options can be set up for Auto-Pay.
Be advised that there are processing fees associated with each option. The Historic Trust does NOT collect or benefit from these fees.
Option 3: Set up Bill Pay through your bank. You will need to manually enter our information as follows:
